Who sells

The Stayworks Host Kit is a digital product of Stayworks, sold by Master Modules (Sense Apps), 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, USA. Questions: hello@mastermodules.com. On your card statement the charge appears as SENSE APPS* STAYWORKS.

What you buy

Digital files and, where stated, online access. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you get access right away, by email and on the access page.

Using the files

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to edit, print and display the templates, signs, checklists, welcome books and spreadsheets in the short-term rental properties you own, host or manage, and to share the finished, filled-in materials with your guests, cleaners and co-hosts. You may not resell, share or redistribute the templates themselves as templates, whether edited or unedited, or include them in another product.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown in the checkout before you pay. Payment goes through Stripe: we never see or store your full card number. Optional extras are charged only if you accept them, with the payment method you already used.

Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer (for example 14 days in the EU), we do not ask you at checkout to give it up: it stays valid. On top of it, every buyer has a 365-day money-back guarantee.

To use it, email hello@mastermodules.com with the email of your order. We refund everything you paid, extras included, to the original payment method. Files you already downloaded stay yours. See the refund policy.
